Dilbert has proven over the years that there is no such thing as a knowledgeble manager. Strangely enough, a lot of programmers and software engineers seem to end up doing management. This shows an intriguing contradiction: they know how it should be done, but somewhere during Life, they forgot The Way. I do hope I will not join that force of de-experienced know-alls. Still, if they pay me the right amount, I'm sure I'm happy to forget who the incompetent ones were... *grin*
